12-Week Move Better Plan £497
This program focuses on getting you moving more freely whilst increasing energy levels and making you feel better and healthier.
For less than the cost of 1 Personal Training session a week you get all the results of in-person coaching, plus the flexibility to train when and where you like without the need to match up diaries with your trainer or be limited to just the PT's who work in your gym/local area.
Why 12 weeks?
In my experience, 12 weeks is long enough to get great results but short enough to commit yourself to the program without needing a break.
Anything longer than 12 weeks can be incredibly difficult to sustain (unless you're a machine), and anything shorter than 12 weeks tends to get limited results (if you have a bad week or two, that's a huge chunk of the program gone!).
Weeks 1-2: We'll assess your starting point, ensure your program is just right for you, and make sure you know exactly what you need to do. You'll also start working on your first 3 habits.
Weeks 3-7: Now your program is set up, weights established, and personal flexibility routine in place, we start to work the program and continue working on your healthy habits to really ingrain them into your lifestyle.
Weeks 8-12: Acceleration phase - we'll ramp up the training intensity for the final few weeks to build on the success of the first phase of training. We can make any adjustments to your workouts and nutrition in order to really get the most out of the final phase.
After your initial 12 weeks, we'll review your progress and discuss what you'd like to work on for your next training phase.
You may wish to continue working on your heath and better movement, or you may wish to focus on a specific goal such as fat loss or strength/muscle gain.
