Most Golfers think that playing better golf is purely down to diligent practice and improving technique and skill, without ever realising that physical limitations will always hold them back, no matter how much they practice.
My program addresses these physical limitations,
allowing your practice to bear fruit.
A golf lesson is great IF you can do what is asked of you, but if you can't physically get into the required positions, the lesson is worthless and all you can do is try to compensate.
We'll work on identifying and correcting your personal restrictions first, improving mobility and flexibility; then we'll build strength and muscular endurance, and finally add in some power.
This allows you to access your full range of motion (i.e. a full, unrestricted golf swing with no compensations), and relax your swing whilst adding power.
Essentially, it means you can lower your scores by driving the ball further with less effort, and eliminating some of the common causes of hooks, slices and other common faults, whilst also reducing the risk of injury and those little aches and pains that golfers often suffer with.
